As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), I offer trauma-informed, culturally responsive care grounded in evidence-based practices such as EMDR, Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM), and skills-based approaches for emotional regulation and resilience. I integrate these modalities with somatic awareness and holistic perspectives to support lasting change, not just symptom relief. My approach is relational, gentle, and empowering. I believe healing happens when clients feel safe, seen, and supported in reconnecting with their inner strength and wisdom.
